Need to return an order?
If you purchased your item from an external retailer, please note that any returns or exchanges must be processed directly through that retailer. We are only able to assist with exchanges for pieces purchased directly from our Milan Boutique or from our official e-shop at www.beabongiasca.com.
If, however, your piece unfortunately requires a repair, we kindly ask you to email us at customercare@beabongiasca.com, including your order number and a photo of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
